Cancellation Policy

I, [Client's Name], hereby acknowledge that I have voluntarily requested and agreed to receive Champissage services from Jody Reid as the practitioner at the address provided to me. I understand that Champissage involves the application of manual techniques to the head, neck, shoulders, and upper arms and is intended to promote relaxation and reduce tension. I am aware that Champissage is not a substitute for medical treatment or diagnosis and that it is not intended to treat any specific medical condition. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inform Jody Reid of any medical conditions or concerns that may affect my ability to receive Champissage. I understand that there are certain risks associated with receiving Champissage, including but not limited to bruising, soreness, and temporary discomfort. I agree to inform Jody Reid immediately if I experience any pain or discomfort during the session. I release Jody Reid, the practitioners, and their employees from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of receiving Champissage services. I understand that Jody Reid will take all necessary precautions to ensure my safety and well-being during the session. By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms of this waiver and agree to receive Champissage services from Jody Reid at my own risk.
