I understand that Champissage involves the application of manual techniques to the head, neck, shoulders, and upper arms and is intended to promote relaxation and reduce tension. I am aware that Champissage is not a substitute for medical treatment or diagnosis and that it is not intended to treat any specific medical condition. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inform Jody Reid of any medical conditions or concerns that may affect my ability to receive Champissage. I understand that there are certain risks associated with receiving Champissage, including but not limited to bruising, soreness, and temporary discomfort. I agree to inform Jody Reid immediately if I experience any pain or discomfort during the session. I release Jody Reid, the practitioners, and their employees from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of receiving Champissage services. I understand that Jody Reid will take all necessary precautions to ensure my safety and well-being during the session.
