I agree to inform Jody Reid immediately if I experience any pain or discomfort during the session. I release Jody Reid, the practitioners, and their employees from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of receiving Champissage services. I understand that Jody Reid will take all necessary precautions to ensure my safety and well-being during the session.
